A makeup artist is a professional that is trained in his or her craft. For me I am certified and have taken many courses in makeup artistry and infection control to better serve my clients.
I am a registered business and I do follow public health mandate. I am fully insured. You want to make sure when you are hiring your artist, that he or she is insured and you do have a contract regarding your services.
For a wedding, I do have detailed contract for both parties to complete. That is where we finalize in writing specific dates, times, number of faces and any additional details. We are both bound to that agreement.
The other expenses are of course the supplies. You are paying for a luxury service, therefore, you shall get luxury products. Along with numerous airbrush machines, tools, disposables and countless colours for faces, eyes, lips. I carry a vast array of products suiting any skin type or any sensitivity.
You are hiring a professional. I will be on time, in my case early! I spend a large amount of time the night before a wedding going over all my supplies and putting everything in order for the big day. I care so much about my clients. I always put my best self forward to deliver an excellent experience.
